Assembly Lead

Duties Lead and coordinate assembly activities on the production floor, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining high quality standards Supervise assembly technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and safety compliance Review schematics, blueprints, and fabrication drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation during assembly processes Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify component dimensions and assembly accuracy Operate power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, soldering stations, and machining devices to complete complex assemblies Conduct quality inspections using blueprint reading skills and mechanical knowledge to identify defects or deviations from specifications Maintain a clean, organized workspace in the warehouse or manufacturing area; ensure adherence to safety protocols including forklift operation when necessary Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments with strong mechanical knowledge Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication techniques Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred) Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members effectively Minimum one year of experience in an HVAC relatated field Join us as an Assembly Lead where your expertise will shape high-quality products while leading a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.
