Egg Processing Production Worker - Robotic Equipment Pleasant Valley Farms - 3.5 Farmington, CA Job Details Full-time $18.50 - $20.50 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Food production Food processing plant experience Machine operation Manufacturing facility experience Assembly line experience Full Job Description Job Summary Pleasant Valley Farms is seeking a dependable and hardworking Egg Processing Production Worker - Robotic Equipment to join our production team. This position works directly with automated and robotic equipment used in our egg processing and packaging operation. The employee will monitor equipment, keep product moving efficiently, load and remove materials, identify basic equipment issues, maintain a clean work area, and help ensure eggs are packaged safely and correctly. No robotics experience is required. We will train the right candidate. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor robotic and automated egg processing equipment. Load packaging materials and supplies into designated equipment. Monitor the production line to ensure eggs and packaging move properly through the system. Remove finished product from automated equipment as required. Identify jams, misfeeds, damaged product, or other basic equipment problems. Safely clear minor jams and make basic adjustments when trained and authorized. Notify supervisors or maintenance personnel when equipment is not operating correctly. Inspect product and packaging for quality. Remove damaged, cracked, or improperly packaged eggs. Keep the robotic equipment and surrounding production area clean and organized. Follow all food safety, sanitation, biosecurity, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Follow all company safety procedures, including machine guarding and Lockout/Tagout requirements. Never reach into, bypass, or enter guarded robotic equipment while machinery is operating. Assist with production line changeovers and cleaning as assigned. Work with other production employees to meet daily production goals. Perform other production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, machine operator, or food processing experience is helpful but not required. Comfortable working around automated machinery and robotic equipment. Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures. Physical Requirements Employees must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift. Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements. Lift and carry materials associated with production duties. Work around moving machinery and automated equipment. Work in a food processing environment where temperatures and noise levels may vary. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Schedule Full-time position. Must be available to work assigned shifts. Overtime, weekends, or additional hours may be required depending on production needs.
