Job Summary:
We are hiring a Scientist to support process development and manufacturing activities in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This position focuses on hands on operation of fill finish equipment used for prefilled syringe production. The role combines equipment operations, laboratory support, documentation, and reporting responsibilities. Candidates should be detail oriented, technically capable, and comfortable working in a team driven onsite setting. This is an excellent opportunity for early career scientific professionals seeking industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate fill finish equipment used in prefilled syringe manufacturing. Perform hands on work with automated production systems and related process equipment. Support laboratory activities and routine technical tasks. Follow approved procedures and maintain compliance in a regulated environment. Complete accurate documentation, reports, and electronic records. Use Enterprise tools for data entry, reporting, and daily operations. Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet production and development goals. Perform calculations and basic troubleshooting as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline. Strong documentation and technical writing skills. Ability to follow procedures and work in a regulated environment. Basic laboratory experience and technical aptitude. Proficiency with Enterprise tools and common software applications. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with fill finish equipment or aseptic processing. Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP operations. Experience with biologics, API, or formulation processes. Manufacturing technician or operations experience. Master's degree aligned with hands on technical work.
