Job Description
- VS PS Production and Pipeline Specialist
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will plan and coordinate agricultural production operations and product quality assurance.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field; + Deep understanding of breeding and seed production practices; + VACC Competencies and behaviors; + Business understanding and acumen; + Enterprise mindset to provide balanced approach of cost-effective supply towards a confirmed demand; + High level of negotiation skills with ability to influence internal team and external partners and stakeholders; + High emotional intelligence; + Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication; + Ability to travel 20-35% of the time; + Valid Driver's license and eligibility to drive a company car or pooled vehicle (driving record must meet guidelines based on the company's Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers and MVR will be reviewed as part of pre-employment screening); + Ability to travel 20-35% of the time globally.Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's Degree; + 8+ years of experience in the Seed Production industry. This posting will be available for application until at least September 22, 2026. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $119,520.00 to $179,280.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.YOUR APPLICATION
