Job Description
-Support producers, coordinators, and production teams with daily production needs.
- Assist with set load-in and load-out, including moving equipment, supplies, and production materials.
- Assist with set preparation, production errands, equipment, supplies, and expendables.
- Distribute crew walkies and maintain accurate tracking of walkie assignments throughout production.
- Assist with crew, talent, and vendor coordination as needed.
- Handle runs, crafty, meals, supplies, and other on-set requests.
- Help maintain organized production spaces, work areas, and equipment.
- Assist with setup and breakdown before, during, and after productions.
- Perform additional administrative and on-site duties to support the production team. Requirements
- Previous Production Assistant experience required; PA experience must be listed on your resume.
- Must be reliable, hardworking, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Must be willing to take direction, stay flexible, and assist wherever needed.
