Job Description
We are a family-owned gourmet ice cream manufacturing company located in San Ramon looking for a dependable, hardworking, and flexible person to join our team. This position is mainly focused on ice cream production, but we are looking for someone who is comfortable helping wherever needed in our day-to-day operation. In addition to production, the position may include warehouse duties, organizing and stocking, cleaning, and occasional local deliveries when needed. We are looking for someone who understands that this is a team environment and is willing to help with different responsibilities as business needs come up. Schedule Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 24+ hours per week Pay Starting at $20+ per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Produce and package premium gourmet ice cream Prepare ingredients and assist with daily production Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production facility Wash equipment and perform daily cleaning tasks Follow food safety and quality standards Keep the production and warehouse areas organized and stocked Assist with receiving, moving, and organizing products and supplies Help with occasional local deliveries when needed Assist with other production, warehouse, and general operational duties as needed Work efficiently as part of a team Arrive on time and ready to work every shift Qualifications Able to lift 50+ pounds Reliable, responsible, and punctual Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable taking on different responsibilities when needed Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Valid driver's license and ability to make local deliveries when needed Food production, warehouse, delivery, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate We are looking for someone who wants a stable position and can become a dependable part of our team—not someone who is only willing to perform one specific task.
