$22.00•$27.00/hour (DOE)

Our growing client in Tustin is seeking Product Assemblers / Manufacturing Associates to join their high-performing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the final kit assembly, chemical dispensing, and packaging of essential products. Key Responsibilities Kit Assembly & Production:
Assemble final product kits carefully, following documented manufacturing instructions.
Buffering & Dispensing:
Safely handle, dispense, cap, and label various buffers and chemicals.
Inventory & Documentation:
Complete work orders, route production materials, and optimize workstation storage space.
Workstation Maintenance:
Keep assigned equipment, tools, and workspaces clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Quality & Safety Compliance:
Strictly adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality management systems.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Detail-Oriented:
Proven accuracy in high-precision, quality-sensitive tasks.
Physical Capability:
Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry 30-40 lbs as needed throughout the shift.
Inventory Experience:
Hands-on experience with inventory control, material routing, or storage management. Industry Experience (Plus): Prior background in biotech, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, chemical processing, or food manufacturing is a strong plus.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $22.00•$27.00 Per Hour
