We specialize in wholesale fashion and are passionate about creating trend-driven collections with exceptional quality and service. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Import Production Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Manage sample development and production schedules Review and approve final samples, fabrics, trims, and production details Approve TOP samples for in-house and private label production Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate production records Track purchase orders and provide timely updates to the sales team Coordinate sample deliveries for market and trade show deadlines Communicate daily with overseas factories and vendors Work closely with design, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time production Monitor production timelines and proactively resolve production issues Requirements 2+ years of experience in apparel import production preferred Strong understanding of garment construction and production workflow Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Pay:

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
