Job Description
Production Manager - Stitch It Quick LLC Arvada, CO | Full-Time | Tuesday-Saturday About Us Stitch It Quick (SIQ!) is a fast-moving custom embroidery and apparel decoration shop based in Arvada, CO. We do embroidery, heat transfer, vinyl graphics, and digital design for small businesses, blue-collar contractors, schools, nonprofits, and beyond — with no minimums and a reputation for turning orders around fast. We're a small team that works hard, takes pride in quality, and doesn't waste time. The Role We're looking for an experienced Production Manager who can own the floor. This isn't a "watch and delegate" role — you'll be hands-on with equipment, managing daily output, maintaining tight quality standards, and ensuring orders ship on time. If you know your way around an embroidery machine and you don't flinch under a same-day turnaround, we want to talk. Schedule & Hours
- Tuesday - Saturday
- 40-50 hours per week
- Full-time, in-person (Arvada, CO) What You'll Do
- Operate and oversee embroidery machines, heat presses, large format printers, and laser equipment
- Manage daily production flow to meet order deadlines and quality standards
- Coordinate with the design and fulfillment team to prioritize jobs and resolve bottlenecks
- Train and supervise production staff; maintain SOPs and equipment logs
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform or coordinate routine maintenance
- Track production output, flag capacity issues, and communicate order status to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production floor
What We're Looking For Required:
- Hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery machines (multi-head preferred)
- Experience with heat press equipment and heat transfer production
- Familiarity with large format printing and/or laser equipment
- Ability to read and interpret production orders, design files, and job tickets
- Strong attention to detail — quality control is non-negotiable
- Able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Reliable, self-directed, and accountable
Preferred:
- Background in a custom apparel, print, or promotional products shop
- Experience managing or supervising a small production team
- Familiarity with embroidery digitizing or design file prep (not required but a plus)
- Knowledge of ZSK, Tajima, or similar commercial embroidery systems Compensation
