Entry Level Production Worker Our team is seeking dependable Production Workers to join us! This position supports the manufacturing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in a variety of electronic products. No prior PCB experience is required. Paid training is provided for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a production environment.

Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment Load and unload materials and components Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment Assist with assembly, finishing, and packaging processes Complete production paperwork accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality standards Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction experience preferred Ability to follow written instructions and detailed procedures Strong attention to detail and quality Basic math and measurement skills Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Comfortable working around manufacturing chemicals when required Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Work Here?
