  • 6:30 AM Job Description We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a growing advanced manufacturing team.
This position supports the production of electronic components in a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment. Paid training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment Load and unload materials and components Perform visual quality inspections on finished products Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment Assist with assembly, finishing, and packaging operations Complete production paperwork accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety and quality procedures Support daily production goals in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred Ability to follow written instructions and detailed procedures Strong attention to detail and quality Basic math and measurement skills Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed Comfortable working around manufacturing chemicals when required Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and be trained on new processes Why Apply?
