We're hiring Mattress Assemblers for both 1st and 2nd shift — and we're looking for reliable, hardworking team players who want to grow in a fast-paced production environment! What You'll Be Doing As a Mattress Assembler, you'll: Assemble mattresses using pneumatic tools like c-ring/hog-ring guns, staple guns, and hot glue guns Build Hot Melt Bond (HMB) units using specialized machinery Apply foam, fabric, and upholstery layers to various mattress types Work with foam-encased pocket coils and open coil units Complete final mattress assembly to meet quality standards Follow work instructions and production tickets in English Collaborate with your team to keep production running smoothly What We're Looking For Experience with pneumatic tools or manufacturing (preferred, not required) Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (team lifts required for heavy items) Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation ( not bus accessible with OT hours ) Excellent attendance- we depend on you! Shifts & Pay 1st Shift $20/hour 6:00 AM
- 2:30 PM Overtime until 4:00 PM Monday-Friday + some Saturdays 2nd Shift $21/hour 4:30 PM
- 1:00 AM Overtime until 3:00 AM Monday-Friday + some
