Job Description
We are seeking a detail-driven Production & Finishing Specialist to support the manufacturing of high-quality stickers and decals. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, finishing products to specification, and ensuring consistency across all orders. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision work, maintains high output without sacrificing quality, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Weed, mask, laminate, and trim decals to exact specifications Package and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Inspect finished products for defects, alignment, and quality standards Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets Operate printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and related production equipment Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work with hands for extended periods (weeding, trimming, assembly) Comfortable learning and operating basic machinery Basic computer skills (file handling, print queue management) Ability to follow instructions and repeat processes with consistency Strong work ethic Exceptional reliability and attendance Perks & Benefits Performance-based bonuses — Earn more for hitting production target Paid holidays — includes New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day Paid vacation — 2 weeks (10 days) of paid vacation awarded after 6 months of continuous employment Earn commission on sales after 6 months of continuous employment Growth opportunities — path to Lead Operator or Production Supervisor roles Employee discounts — on custom stickers, decals, and branded products Small team environment — no corporate bureaucracy, direct impact on output Consistent schedule — predictable hours with no surprise shifts Work schedule (40 hours/week)

7:00 AM- 5:00 PM Tuesday
Thursday:
8:00 AM- 5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day
Job Types:
