Job Description

Join our team as a Production Worker in our warehouse facility. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by operating power tools, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have a strong attention to detail.
Daily Environment:
You'll be working around moving machines
  • stand-up forklifts as well as power tools and pneumatic equipment.
Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, moving large materials. Even with climate controls, temperatures can vary between 60°F and 80°F in some parts of the warehouse. It can get noisy at times, we provide hearing protection if you need it. Dress code is relaxed and comfortable, but sturdy closed-toe shoes are required.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble products according to specifications
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with power tools and hand tools preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
