Job Description

CONFECTION & CHOCOLATE PRODUCTION WORKER
We're looking for a Confection & Chocolate Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role focused on producing consistent, high-quality confections and chocolate products in a professional food-production environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor confectionery and chocolate production equipment Weigh, measure, mix, temper, cook, and process ingredients according to 27 year old established recipes Produce confection and chocolate batches efficiently while meeting quality and production standards Monitor temperatures, cooking times, textures, and finished-product specifications Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting Mold, enrobe, decorate, and package finished chocolate and confection products Maintain accurate production records and communicate issues to supervisors Work as part of a team to meet daily production schedules Qualifications Previous experience in chocolate, confectionery, food manufacturing, baking, pastry, or commercial kitchen production preferred Experience with production equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized formulas and procedures Comfortable working on your feet and performing repetitive production tasks Ability to lift and move ingredients and finished product as required Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-focused Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Full-time opportunity Professional food-production environment Training on equipment and manufacturing processes Opportunities for advancement Employee product discounts
