Manufacturing Production Associates Looking for a steady manufacturing opportunity on the Connecticut shoreline We're hiring Production Associates for multiple positions across our manufacturing operations in the Westbrook, Essex, and Deep River area. Contract positions with the potential of hire. We have opportunities for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who want to build their skills in a hands-on production environment. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but it is not required for all positions. Training is available for qualified candidates. Positions Include Inspectors — Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and specifications. Deburrers — Remove burrs and sharp edges from manufactured components using hand tools and production equipment. Machine Operators — Operate production machinery, monitor processes, and perform basic quality checks. Hand Assembly — Assemble small components and finished products according to established procedures. Packers — Prepare completed products for shipment, including counting, labeling, packaging, and inspection. What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Good attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, inspection, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required for all opportunities What We Offer $17.50-$19.00/hour, based on position and experience 1st and 2nd shift opportunities Hands-on training for qualifying positions Opportunities to develop manufacturing skills Stable, team-oriented production environment Convenient Connecticut shoreline locations If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to get to work, we want to hear from you.
