Production Worker | Manufacturing Associate - 2nd Shift $19+/hr DOE | Temp-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting production, assembly, material handling, and warehouse operations. Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, forklift, or production experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Assemble products using hand and power tools Move and stage materials to support production Inspect materials and finished products for quality Read and follow work instructions and production schedules Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and general production duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support multiple departments as business needs change
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience Experience using hand and power tools Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to read, write, and communicate in
English High School Diploma or GED Schedule:
