Production Worker | Manufacturing Associate - 2nd Shift $19+/hr. DOE | Temp-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting production, assembly, material handling, and warehouse operations. Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, forklift, or production experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Assemble products and components using hand and power tools Move, stage, and prepare materials to support daily production Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and general production duties Maintain production pace while following safety and quality standards Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Support multiple production departments based on business needs

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience Experience using hand and power tools Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to read, write, and communicate in

English High School Diploma or GED Preferred:
