Full time Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production role located in Lavonia, GA. Team members in Production Roles will help operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, follow work orders and production schedules, and support the fabrication of standard and specialty fasteners to meet customer specifications. Daily responsibilities include performing basic measurements, inspecting parts for quality, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and communicating with supervisors and coworkers to keep production running efficiently. The role may also involve assisting with material handling, packaging, and labeling finished products, as well as participating in training to learn new machines, processes, and safety procedures. Qualifications Ability to support Production Planning and follow production schedules and work orders. Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors and reporting issues clearly. Attention to detail and commitment to Quality Control, including inspecting parts and following established standards. Experience or interest in Production Management tasks such as tracking output, monitoring workflow, or supporting process improvements. Willingness to participate in Training and learn new equipment, safety procedures, and manufacturing processes. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials as needed, and follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior manufacturing or fastener industry experience is a plus.
Pay:
$23.95 - $28.84 per hour
