Job Description

Production Operator Responsible for operating and monitoring robotic welding cells used in the production of automotive components and assemblies. This role ensures parts are produced safely , efficiently , and according to quality standards while supporting continuous production flow . Shift Schedules (choose based on availability) 1st

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM

•3:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM

•2:00

AM Weekend Shift:

Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM

•5:30 PM Responsibilities for Production Operator Operate and monitor robotic welding cells to support daily production goals Load/unload parts and materials; confirm correct part orientation and fixture placement Start/stop cycles and monitor the process for interruptions, alarms, or abnormal conditions Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks (weld appearance, spatter, missing welds, part damage, etc.) Use basic hand tools as needed to support production (based on assignment) Complete packaging, labeling, and staging of finished parts as required Maintain production counts and communicate scrap/defects to the team lead/supervisor Keep the work area clean and organized (5S/housekeeping) Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and plant policies Requirements for Production Operator Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred , but entry-level candidates with strong work history may be considered Comfortable using hand tools (e.g., drills, impact drivers, wrenches, measuring tools) Ability to follow written instructions and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift schedule Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 30-50 lbs (based on assignment) Willingness to follow all safety and PPE requirements Benefits for HTI Associates Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits Opportunities for overtime and career growth #
