m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The hourly rate is $20.45, plus an additional $0.50 cent per hour shift differential. • Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout
• doing various manual labor jobs. Some departments are more physically demanding, however, the general laborer should be capable of handling the work in all departments on a daily basis. In this function, you will:
• Perform packaging and assembly tasks according to production standards.
• Set up materials and components in alignment with shop order specifications.
• Stack, band, and secure parts for safe handling and transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with workstation setup.
• Create barcodes and accurately label finished products.
• Cutting materials using a band saw while following all safety procedures.
• Handle materials efficiently to support smooth workflow and production needs.

Position Success Criteria:

• Must be able to frequently carry 10-34 pounds and occasionally carry 35-100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
