Job Description

division is currently seeking a Production Worker- 2nd Shift at our Troy, IL location! The core hours are Monday
- Friday, 3:00 p.m.
- 11:00 p.

- Retirement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assisance Program, Wellness Reimbursement, and more! ## What you'll do: The Production Worker is expected to work in all departments of the manufacturing plant
- Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout
- doing various manual labor jobs. Some departments are more physically demanding, however, the general laborer should be capable of handling the work in all departments on a daily basis. In this function, you will:
- Perform packaging and assembly tasks according to production standards.
- Set up materials and components in alignment with shop order specifications.
- Stack, band, and secure parts for safe handling and transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with workstation setup.
- Create barcodes and accurately label finished products.
- Cutting materials using a band saw while following all safety procedures.
- Handle materials efficiently to support smooth workflow and production needs.

Position Success Criteria:
- Must be able to frequently carry 10-34 pounds and occasionally carry 35-100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
