Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Locate, pick, and organize specific parts and materials based on work orders or picking lists
- Assemble components into complete kits for production or shipment
- Perform in-process and final inspections on kits, parts, and products
- Verify accuracy, completeness, and quality per specifications
- Visually inspect components for physical damage, proper labeling, and dimensional accuracy
- Ensure all assemblies meet defined standards before release
- Accurately record inspection results and maintain required documentation
- Identify and report non-conformances, and complete relevant test reports or paperwork
- Move components and finished kits to and from designated areas safely and efficiently
- Use proper handling techniques and equipment as required
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and company policies
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and governmental regulations
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and free from safety hazards
- Participate in 5S or other lean manufacturing practices as needed Requirements for

Read and understand work instructions, drawings, and quality specificationsCommunication:
Strong verbal and written communication to report defects or process issues clearly
Physical Fitness:
