The Production Associate will perform various manufacturing duties, including filling, capping, packaging, palletizing, equipment operation, and quality documentation. $16.00/hour Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties related to the manufacturing, bottling, and packaging process.
• Complete production tasks such as manual filling, capping, labeling, packing, sealing, and palletizing finished products.
• Assist with vanilla bean processing, including grinding, sifting, and loading/unloading ovens.
• Load and unload trucks as needed (forklift certification preferred).
• Operate and maintain production equipment while ensuring proper functionality.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas according to company standards.
• Complete quality and production records accurately and on time.
• Follow all safety, quality, and food manufacturing procedures.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or processes immediately.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain reliable attendance and meet daily production expectations. Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions, safety procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs and responsibilities.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills required. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging operations.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience preferred.
• Experience working with production equipment and quality documentation.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work Environment
