The Production Associate will perform various manufacturing duties, including filling, capping, packaging, palletizing, equipment operation, and quality documentation. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn multiple areas of production.

$16.00/hour Key Responsibilities- Perform assigned duties related to the manufacturing, bottling, and packaging process.
- Complete production tasks such as manual filling, capping, labeling, packing, sealing, and palletizing finished products.
- Assist with vanilla bean processing, including grinding, sifting, and loading/unloading ovens.
- Load and unload trucks as needed (forklift certification preferred).
- Operate and maintain production equipment while ensuring proper functionality.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas according to company standards.
- Complete quality and production records accurately and on time.
- Follow all safety, quality, and food manufacturing procedures.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or processes immediately.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain reliable attendance and meet daily production expectations. Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions, safety procedures, and operating guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to changing production needs and responsibilities.
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills required. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging operations.
- Forklift certification or prior forklift experience preferred.
- Experience working with production equipment and quality documentation.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work Environment

- Employees may be assigned to different production areas based on business needs.
- Training will be provided on company processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required depending on assigned duties.
