Work Schedules Available:
Provides 26 full weekends off (not including vacation). Weekend includes Friday
  • Sunday off! Provides 182 days off per year (not including vacation) 6:00PM
  • 6:30AM (Evening) Week starts Sunday and ends Saturday 2 Days Work-2 Days Off, 3 Days Work
  • 2 Days Off, 2 Days Work

Operate and maintain production processes in a clean, safe, and orderly manner. Constantly strive to exceed quality requirements using quality instruments provided and described by operator instructions. Maintain an understanding of Control Charts to identify out of control conditions including visual and dimensional processes and product attributes. Once identified, take action or secure technical assistance to correct. Understand and report production history, scrap counts, and downtime. Continuously work to improve and/or exceed production standards. Assist in training and development of new production operators. Actively participate in and support the implementation and maintenance of the Company's documented quality system as appropriate. Actively participate in the creation and protection of PMC intellectual property in all forms, including but not limited to, trade secrets and patent applications. Perform additional duties as necessary that contribute to the overall efficiency of the company. Who is

High school education or equivalent. Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions and have sufficient math skills to develop and understand Statistical Process Control. Ability to work well with others and contribute as a team member to shared success. Must be willing to accept training and instruction to continually enhance work performance. Availability to support production when necessary. Sense of timeliness when arriving at work and in production. Personal accountability for meeting assigned production goals. Attention to important safety regulations. Ability or experience working in clean room environment.
