Thor Motor Coach has openings at our Wakarusa location in cabinet shop, saw, shelling, a/c scaffold / roofs. Must have RV experience and great attendance. Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate components for motorhomes according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the production process. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Must be able to read a tape measure Must be able to use basic hand tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on meeting production targets. RV experience required Pre-employment drug screen required.
