We're a small, self-sufficient team producing high-quality custom embroidery for a variety of clients. With a focus on precision, quick turnarounds, and dependable service, we take pride in creating work we can all stand behind.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a self-starter with experience in a multi-head commercial production environment to join our close-knit team. You'll operate our 6-Head Barudan embroidery machine, manage jobs from start to finish, and ensure every order meets our high standards for quality and accuracy.

Schedule:

Day shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30

PM Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor a multi-head Barudan embroidery machine for garment and textile projects. Prepare machines with correct thread colors, needles, hoops, and tension adjustments. Read and follow work orders, design files, and color charts. Perform test runs, quality checks, and final inspections before orders ship. Trim threads, fold, and package finished products. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly. Work independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail in a small team environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

Experience operating multi-head commercial embroidery machines in a production setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good hand-eye coordination and basic mechanical skills. Dependable, punctual, and deadline-oriented.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 40 lbs (garment boxes). Stand for long periods during production.
