This position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting processes such as cutting, tempering, fabricating, insulating, laminating, and warehousing glass. Candidates must be safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable performing physical tasks in a non-climate-controlled environment throughout the workday. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Cut, temper, fabricate, insulate, laminate, and/or warehouse glass products Safely handle and move glass from tables, furnaces, rolling racks, delivery trucks, and wooden crates Transport glass and other materials between workstations and locations as needed Read and follow work instructions, labels, and picking lists to ensure accurate and efficient production Inspect glass products for defects such as cracks, chips, or abnormalities and report issues immediately Perform daily safety inspections, including checking equipment and identifying unsafe conditions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures Complete additional duties as assigned to support production operations Qualifications & Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with a team Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic knowledge of plant operations, computers, hoists, and lifts preferred Previous glass industry experience is a plus but not required Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance starting on Day 1 Short-term and long-term disability coverage 401(k) with employer match Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer match Employer covers the majority of benefit costs TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
