Production Operator - Lexington At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operator to work with a leading automotive components manufacturer in Lexington. This role involves executing various production stages on an assembly line or within small teams, making it an excellent opportunity for those with manufacturing experience looking to contribute to high-quality standards. Pay Rates 18.20 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Production Operator More than 2 years of manufacturing experience Must not have previously worked at the company Ability to work 7 days a week for 12 hours while standing and lifting Ability to complete 2 paid training days, including 4 written exams and a hands-on evaluation Skills and requirements for Production Operator Experience with power tools Detail-oriented with the ability to visually identify damage or missing parts Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes Familiarity with quality measurement tools such as calipers Competence in using industry-specific software for reporting and data analysis Role for Production Operator Conduct inspections on parts, components, and finished products following established work instructions Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks Identify and escalate potential non-conformities through formal protocols Assist with root cause analysis and general problem-solving initiatives
