Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Schedule Information 3rd shift 10:00 PM-6:30 AM Production Worker Requirements Ability to inspect, assemble, label, and package finished parts Ability to follow written production and packaging instructions Ability to use gauges, scales, and other measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to complete production records accurately Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety Ability to follow good manufacturing practices Key Responsibilities Remove finished parts and visually inspect them for quality. Assemble, pack, seal, label, and stack boxes. Package parts according to production instructions. Move completed parts to designated areas. Trim, dip, or hot-wire burn finished parts as required. Apply the correct identification to completed products. Use gauges, scales, and measuring equipment to verify quality specifications. Complete and maintain production and quality records. Perform routine basic maintenance and report mechanical or electrical problems. Keep assigned work areas clean and organized. Participate in safety initiatives and follow good manufacturing practices. Perform other production duties as assigned.
