Production Line Lead Walton, KY $18/hour (increase to $19/hour after training)

What You'll Be Doing Lead and support a team on the production line Help keep production running smoothly and efficiently Assign tasks and jump in where needed Make sure the line is set up and ready to go Perform quality checks and keep accurate records Spot and report any issues to your supervisor Keep your work area clean and organized Follow all safety and quality guidelines What We're Looking For 1-3 years of manufacturing experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Good communication skills—you'll be guiding a team Ability to follow written instructions and processes Team player with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Lift 5-20 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally Be on your feet most of the shift Ability to bend, reach, and lift as needed Comfortable working in a production environment (50°-85°F) What You'll Get Competitive starting pay with quick raise after training Hands-on leadership experience Team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow within the company Work Environment & Safety You'll be provided with all required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing, to ensure a safe working environment.
