High SchoolResponsibilities Operate bioprocessing equipment and maintain standard cGMP manufacturing practices. Partner closely with cross-functional teams in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Logistics to ensure technical success and rapid product disposition. Follow clear written procedures to accurately document process instructions, data, and equipment operations. Monitor process operations to ensure strict adherence to quality specifications and environmental standards. Assist in procedural deviation investigations and share insights to continuously improve operational efficiency. Practice safe work habits, uphold cleanroom/gowning standards, and maintain a safe, collaborative workspace.
