Marlborough, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $36.75 - 39.90 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Operate bioprocessing equipment and execute mRNA manufacturing unit operations in strict compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Partner closely with Quality Assurance peers for the rapid disposition of DNA Plasmids.
Establish clear, accurate documentation for equipment operation, process instructions, and manufacturing batch records.
Monitor live process operations to guarantee full compliance with technical specifications.
Assist with investigations into procedural deviations to maintain high quality standards.
Maintain cleanroom operating standards, adhering to gowning protocols and environmental waste procedures.
qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic cGMP manufacturing environment.
General knowledge of standard bioprocess manufacturing practices and equipment.
Proven ability to collaborate fluidly with cross-functional teams, including QC, QA, and Process Development.
Excellent written communication, oral communication, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute multiple technical tasks under minimal supervision. #LI-AM1 skills: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
