Compensation:

$25.00/Hour Rebel Spirit Pro Wrestling is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Live Production Team to help bring our live events at Tackle Box Brewing Company to life! As a Ring Crew / Production Assistant , you'll support event setup, ringside operations, live production and breakdown while working closely with our Operations team and Event staff. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys live entertainment, works well with a team and takes pride in creating a safe, organized, professional experience for fans and performers.

Responsibilities:

Assist with assembling and dismantling the wrestling ring under the direction of the designated crew lead. Load, unload, move, and organize ring components, production equipment and event supplies. Set up guardrails, seating, entrance areas, signage and other event fixtures. Help position and connect audio, lighting, video, and camera equipment as directed. Route and secure cables, keep walkways clear, and promptly report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions. Assist with equipment checks and flag ring or ringside concerns to the crew lead before and during the event. Support backstage communication, talent readiness and entrances according to the event rundown. Assist with music, graphics, camera support, or other production cues when assigned and trained. Remain available throughout the show to respond to crew requests and help resolve event needs. Complete post-show breakdown, equipment inventory, loading and venue cleanup.

Qualifications:

Dependable, punctual, and available for the full assigned shift, including setup and breakdown. Comfortable following instructions and communicating clearly in a busy, loud environment. Able to stay attentive, take initiative within assigned responsibilities, and adapt when plans change. Professional and respectful when interacting with performers, staff, venue personnel and fans. Able to carry out physical event tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and moving equipment, with reasonable accommodations as needed. Willing to use team lifting and appropriate equipment when handling heavy or awkward items. Previous experience in wrestling ring crew, live events, stagehand work, audiovisual production, or equipment handling is helpful but not required.

Working Environment:

Shifts involve physical work around heavy equipment, amplified sound, and a live audience. Crew members must follow safety procedures, handle equipment carefully, and promptly bring concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
