Operate coating equipment to process fabric with chemical and resin applications, monitor production quality, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED 2-5 years of machine operating experience Experience with coating processes or working with plastics Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Ability to work in a dirty industrial environment Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting Experience feeding material through production machinery Experience packaging and handling finished product Ability to follow product formulas and production specifications Basic computer skills for production data entry and system use Preferred Skills Experience in a similar coating or materials manufacturing environment Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Experience troubleshooting production equipment, devices, or products Experience working with nonconforming material reporting Experience supporting 5S activities Experience from comparable coating or plastics manufacturing operations Job Responsibilities Feed fabric through coating machinery for chemical and resin application Monitor coated material as it moves through the production process Package, label, and place finished products on skids Band or stretch wrap finished rolls as required Mix and test chemicals based on product formulas and recipes Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office to review material and product specifications Enter production data during and after production runs Maintain and monitor product quality Raise nonconformance reports for defective or nonconforming materials Work with Quality and Engineering to identify and implement resolutions Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products Maintain a safe and orderly work area Support and sustain 5S standards Prepare work areas and equipment for the following shift Preferred Skills for Lead Operator 4+ years of machine operating experience Lead operator or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment Coating experience working with plastics Good computer skills Experience supporting shift setup, production coordination, and shop floor problem solving Job Responsibilities for Lead Operator Oversee coating machine operations during the shift Support production flow in a fast-paced industrial environment Assist with troubleshooting equipment and production issues Help maintain shift readiness and setup for following operations Support quality, safety, and 5S execution across the work area

Pay:
