Responsibilities Assemble products using hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and manual handling techniques according to production specifications Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for all team members Manage and interpret production documents, including work orders, process instructions, and quality checklists Support heavy lifting tasks and manual handling activities required for product movement and packaging Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to comply with safety standards in production environments Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production environments Proficiency in using measuring instruments, technical drawings, and interpreting manufacturing documents is essential Knowledge of manufacturing principles and safety standards in production settings is desirable Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams will be considered a strong asset Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools safely while adhering to safety protocols Demonstrated mechanical knowledge coupled with technical proficiency in manufacturing processes Join us as a Production Associate to be part of a vibrant team committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
