FUNCTION
¨ Assist the Secondary Ops Manager with managing production, employees and with the coordination of flow of parts through manufacturing processes.RANGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
¨ Assist Secondary Ops Manager with assigning daily duties to production employees. ¨ Ensure quality system procedures and work instructions are adhered to by all personnel. ¨ Perform hourly audits to ensure suspect/nonconforming product is properly identified and segregated to prevent unintended use or delivery to the customer. ¨ Ensure product is properly labeled and dispositioned in the ERP system in a timely manner. ¨ Ensure product produced conforms to specified requirements. ¨ Assist with the relief of Manufacturing Associates during breaks. ¨ Track Production Scrap. ¨ Communicate with Materials Department to ensure finished goods is properly moved into assigned inventory location. ¨ Maintain Secondary Ops manufacturing floor cleanliness. ¨ Assist Secondary Ops Manager in ensuring personnel is compliant with all organization safety and Performance policies. ¨ Set up and operate a Pad Print Machine and Assembly Work Centers. ¨ Blend inks, catalysts and other additives to specifications to ensure proper ink chemistry is developed and maintained throughout the printing process. ¨ Assemble / disassemble ink cups, clean all equipment and tools related to Pad Printing. ¨ Change printing plates, transfer pads, etc., as needed to maintain an image that meets the requirements of the order specifications. ¨ Troubleshoot printing issues associated with the Pad Printing Process including mis- registration, adhesion issues, image opacity.
