Maintain attention to detail while working at a consistent production pace to support overall productivity goals. Follow safety procedures when working with tools, equipment, and anodizing-related processes. Participate in cross-training to learn various tasks and operations throughout the facility, becoming versatile across multiple production functions. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and support a culture-driven, team-oriented environment. Be available for occasional voluntary Saturday shifts, typically 57 hours, as needed based on productivity and business demands. Keep work areas clean and organized, contributing to a safe and efficient production environment. Essential Skills At least 6 months of experience using hand tools and power tools, including drills, sockets, wrenches, and pliers. Demonstrated ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively on a daily basis in a production or similar environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks on parts consistently and accurately. Experience performing quality inspection tasks, such as visually examining parts and identifying defects or nonconformities. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to established procedures and quality standards. Capability to work with parts related to medical, defense, and aerospace industries with a focus on precision and quality. Reliability in maintaining consistent attendance and meeting production expectations. Physical ability to stand, move, and handle parts and tools throughout the shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience with anodizing processes or working in an anodizing environment. Forklift certification or prior experience operating a forklift. Background working with components in medical, defense, or aerospace manufacturing environments. Familiarity with receiver parts or similar precision components. Willingness to participate in cross-training and learn new tasks within the facility. Interest in obtaining forklift certification if not already certified. Why Work Here? You will join a culture-driven, team-oriented environment that rewards performance and recognizes contributions. After 90 days, you become eligible for a pay increase, typically around thirty cents, reflecting your growing experience and commitment. The company offers incentive bonuses, including quarterly team incentives that encourage collaboration and shared success. A peer recognition token program allows coworkers to acknowledge each others efforts, with tokens worth $25 and an average of around 30 awarded each quarter. You will also have the opportunity to earn a forklift certification, expanding your skill set and enhancing your long-term career prospects. The overall environment emphasizes teamwork, recognition, growth, and continuous learning. Work Environment The facility is a very clean production environment where you will work with parts for medical, defense, and aerospace applications. The site operates a single shift with two schedule options: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, each including a 30-minute lunch and standard breaks. Occasional Saturday work is available on a voluntary basis, typically 5 to 7 hours, and may be offered based on productivity needs. While the facility is clean and well-organized, it is not temperature controlled; there is no central heating or air conditioning, but space heaters and fans are provided as needed to help manage seasonal temperatures. You will regularly use hand tools and power tools such as drills, ratchets, sockets, wrenches, and pliers, and you may have access to forklift equipment if certified.
