Bi-Weekly Work Hours:

8:00 AM Start Monday

• Friday; 8:00 AM
• 8:30 AM Checking JobTread; 8:30 AM
• End of Day (5 PM or Until Task is Completed
• Flexible based on project needs, overtime paid per state standards) 1 hr Lunch Break / Day
• To be taken at discretion w/ Project Manager approval

High Priority Tasks (Daily/Weekly):

• Verify all materials (Rough & Finish) needed by Trade Partners are on site prior to being needed for installation o Check-in off Tasks on Schedule, Check-in Materials in Budget o Report delivery with photo and location delivered through Daily Log
• Miscellaneous Team Tasks o Perform urgent/immediate tasks as requested by Project Development or Production team members
• Material Check-in on Jobsite o Ferguson/Plumbing Deliveries, Windows, Exterior Doors
• Interior Trim Takeoffs & Orders
• Interior Door Takeoffs & Orders
• Post Permits & Install Jobsite Signs
• Daily Log Posting for ALL Jobsite Visits o Take photos of work performed by you, Carpentry team, and Trade Partners o Take detailed notes on jobsite conditions, material returns (if applicable), dumpster fullness, etc. Medium Priority Tasks (Weekly/Monthly):
• Perform miscellaneous production apprentice tasks
• Assist Project Development team through: o Collecting/Returning Samples o Tile Takeoffs, Showplace Design Submissions, Blasius Quote Requests o Shop Cleaning & Exterior Care (Mowing the Lawn, Weeding, Shoveling Snow, etc.)
• Returning Materials as Needed (At least 1 time per month)
• Material Check-in at Jobsite o Siding, Roofing, Soffit/Fascia, Lumber Package
• Meet Inspectors & Build Rapport
• Jobsite Visits
• Shop & Office Clean Up Pay and Benefits:
• 7 paid holidays off including New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
• 72 hours paid time off for any sick and/or personal use (if less than 1900 hours worked per year then PTO may be subject to adjustment).
