Our production team is looking for a hands-on Team Lead to direct an assigned team in the assembly and fabrication of our products, coordinate daily work, and support safe, efficient, and on-time production. You'll assign work based on production schedules, bills of materials, drawings, and work instructions while working alongside team members to maintain workflow. You'll communicate shift priorities, verify first-piece quality, help resolve production and material issues, record labor hours and output, and train employees to perform their work safely and effectively. You'll partner with the Production Supervisor, Purchasing, and supporting departments while promoting MPS objectives, 5S, and continuous improvement.
