Job Overview Northern Staffing Services is partnering with a well-established premium chocolate manufacturer in the Petoskey area to hire 1st and 2nd Shift Chocolate Manufacturing Specialists! What You'll Do As a Chocolate Manufacturing Specialist, you'll play an important role in creating premium chocolate products enjoyed by customers across the country.
Responsibilities include:
Operate production equipment while following safety and quality standards. Prepare and measure ingredients to ensure consistent product quality. Package finished chocolate products accurately and efficiently. Monitor production lines and perform quality checks. Keep workstations, equipment, and tools clean and sanitized. Follow food safety, sanitation guidelines. Assist with baking, cooking, or other food production processes as needed. Safely lift and move ingredients and finished products. Complete production paperwork and quality documentation. Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or culinary experience is preferred. Baking, cooking, or kitchen experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to lift materials as needed and remain on your feet throughout the shift. Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation procedures. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about food safety, manufacturing excellence, and creating delightful confectionery products. Pay:
$18.00 - $19.50 per hour
