•Production Team Member, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

2nd or 3rd Shift What's the Job? Operate injection molding machines and automated production equipment Inspect parts for quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products according to work instructions Complete production documentation and quality records accurately Monitor machine performance and notify leadership of equipment, quality, or safety concerns What's Needed? High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and measurement skills What's in it for me?
