AM Pay:
2nd shift- $20.50 pay rate. 3rd shift

Essential Functions:
Operate digital print, color production, high-volume printer, and copier equipment Receive, review, and electronically log customer print jobs Ensure all contracted customer requirements are completed accurately and on time Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs Troubleshoot and resolve production and output issues Perform routine operator maintenance on production equipment Maintain reporting logs and billing information Track, store, and back up customer jobs for future reuse Lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds Support production deadlines and work overtime as required Follow established production processes and standard operating proceduresSkills:
Functional computer knowledge including keyboarding, mouse navigation, and general PC operation Ability to send and receive emails and manage electronic files and documents Experience using web browsers and sending documents to network printers Strong attention to detail and quality control practices Basic mathematical skills including multiplication, division, and percentages Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment Professional demeanor and strong workplace communication skills Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 poundsExperience:
Previous experience in print production, copy services, mailroom operations, or related production environments preferred Experience operating high-volume printers, copiers, or digital production equipment preferred Experience performing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus Ability to manage multiple production tasks and meet deadlinesEducation:
High School Diploma or GED required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
