•2nd Shift in Duluth, GA. This full-time, on-site leadership role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with potential overtime to support production needs. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Join us to lead, mentor, and troubleshoot in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working hands-on with electronic components and assembly processes. Your hands-on expertise in electronics and mechanical assembly will be vital as you manage workflow, resolve issues, and collaborate with management to meet production goals.

Pay Rate:

$20.00

Available Shift Times:

2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday-Friday, with potential overtime Key Responsibilities Lead and support assembly technicians during production Organize daily work assignments and prioritize tasks Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards Assemble electronic components, wiring, and metal structures Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Support troubleshooting and workflow resolution Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean work environment Mentor and onboard new team members Collaborate with management on project timelines and operational needs Key Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Experience in electronics, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with wiring and electronic components Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions Attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent organizational and communication skills Dependability, hands-on approach, and ability to work collaboratively Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
