BendTec, LLC has an exciting opportunity available for a Production Assistant to be an integral part of our Fabrication team. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. Help direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the machining and prepping of piping materials for fabrication. Provide input and help plan work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Confer with Production Manager to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. Observe work and monitor materials as they pass through the production process, provide input to the Production Manager with regards to delays, issues or bottlenecks. Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers. Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results. Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.

1-2 years - Trained on Site!

None specifically required

Certifications & Licenses:

Valid driver's license

Other Requirements:

Ability to pass forklift training; knowledge of piping materials (visual and descriptions)
