What You'll Do:
Feed and catch material from production equipment Inspect lumber and remove defects Sand, stain, and finish wood products Package finished materials (wrap, banding, etc.) Follow work orders and maintain quality standards This is a hands-on role-you'll be on your feet and working with real wood products every day. What We're Looking For:
