Router/Grinder

Masterson Staffing is hiring Router/Grinders for our client company in Grove City, MN. No prior experience is required— on-the-job training is provided. This is a hands-on role for individuals who are dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a production environment.

What You'll Do Ensure that work is loaded correctly and that each order is as near perfection as possible. Informs the Production Manager as to the need to order packaging, tools and supplies in time to allow for ordering and receiving. Ensure completion of jobs so that work can be delivered to meet customer's deadlines. Cleans work area daily. Ensures that shop area is clean at the end of the day. Obeys all company rules and regulations. Performs any other duties and tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Production Manager. What We're Looking For No experience necessary - we will train Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Willingness to work as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical Requirements Physical requirements are strenuous Ability to stand for most of the shift Frequent walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion Ability to kneel, crouch, balance, or climb as needed Comfortable performing physically demanding work The senses of being able to hear and have full power of speech are necessary. Work Environment Fiberglass Manufacturing / production setting Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, heat, or humidity Strong chemical smell in production area Exposure to hazardous materials including but not limited to: polyester resin and gel coats glass dust catalyst peroxide Personal protective equipment (PPE) including protective clothing and respirator system will be required and provided Why Work With Us?
