Day/Night Job Overview:
We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee shift operations, support employee development, drive production results, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. The Team Lead serves as a coach, mentor, and leader while ensuring company standards for safety, quality, and performance are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute daily action plans to achieve shift objectives Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment Hold employees accountable to company policies, production expectations, safety standards, and attendance requirements Lead shift meetings and communicate priorities, goals, and operational updates Support operators in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities Promote and enforce all safety, GMP, quality, and food safety requirements Monitor daily production performance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures Assist with onboarding and training of new employees as needed Serve as a role model for company values and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
Qualifications:

Requirements:
