Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with sewing machines and a strong background in bag construction. This role is essential for fabricating high-quality products in our warehouse environment. If you are passionate about the textile industry and enjoy working with your hands, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Operate sewing machines to fabricate bags and other textile products. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain and troubleshoot sewing machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in the preparation of materials for production runs. Document production activities accurately as required. Requirements Proven experience operating sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Strong understanding of garment construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret patterns and technical specifications. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration.
