Job Summary The Upstream Manufacturing Technician supports biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations by performing media preparation, inoculum preparation, sampling, and other production activities. This role requires working in a GMP manufacturing environment while following safety and quality procedures. Responsibilities Perform media preparation, inoculum preparation, and sampling activities. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines. Complete production documentation accurately. Operate and clean manufacturing equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work effectively with the manufacturing team to meet production goals. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred. 0 2 years of manufacturing, laboratory, or pharmaceutical/biotech experience preferred. Required Skills Ability to follow written procedures and instructions. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to work in a GMP/cleanroom environment.
