Responsibilities:
This role assists with the coordination, tracking, and review of print and packaging materials to ensure projects move smoothly through proofing and approval processes. Working closely with a senior Print Production Manager, the Assistant helps maintain timelines, organize files, and communicate updates across internal teams and external vendors. Assist in coordinating the submission, review, and approval of print and packaging proofs using internal systems and proofing tools Support the review of vendor-submitted mechanical files to ensure they align with approved creative files and brand standards Help track project milestones, deadlines, and approvals, escalating issues or delays to the senior manager as needed Maintain organized records of approved creative files, proofs, and final deliverables across internal servers and vendor platforms Ensure files are properly named, archived, and easy to locate for future reference Assist with confirming packaging specifications, version accuracy, and production details as requested Use project management and proofing tools (such as PLM, PageProof, Workzone, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office) to update statuses and documentation Help identify potential bottlenecks and flag risks to the senior manager Support ongoing process improvements by following established workflows and suggesting efficiencies when appropriate
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 1-2 years of experience in a coordination, production, creative, or administrative support role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Exposure to print production, packaging, or creative workflows Familiarity with proofing tools or project management systems (PLM, PageProof, Workzone, Monday.com) Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Creative tools The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Pay Range:
$22 - $27/hour
